An Almost Complete Guide to Restoring a 1920s Kodak Autographic 3A Special.

Richard (Dick) Wilkins June 2024 Converting an old Kodak 3A Autographic camera to 120 film is a fun project.  With care, superb panoramas can be created.  Not an everyday camera but pull it out occasionally when you want a challenge and to do something different. (A short video accompanies this post at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qvAfQryEIyA  )  Sometimes, the only way to get something out of one’s system is to buy it.  The first of these, some fifty years ago, was an early Land Rover, the legendary British version of a Jeep. For ten years, it transported my family of six virtually anywhere, was basically indestructible but terribly uncomfortable and devoid of safety features.  After 10 years, my system was cured, and I moved on to more conventional vehicles.
